Ingredients For Basmati Rice Boneless Chicken Biryani Recipes:-
Boneless chicken- 650 grams
Basmati rice -2 cups
Oil for deep fry
Whole Masala:-
Cinnamon- 1 inch stick
Bay leaves- 1 to 2
Cloves- 5to8
Cumin seeds- 1tps
Green cardamoms or elaichi- 3-4
Onions sliced 2 medium
Green chilli slits- 3 pcs
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Tomatoes- 2 medium finely chopped
Salt as taste
Ginger& Garlic paste- 3/4 teaspoon
Red chilli powder- 1/4 teaspoon
Plain yogurt- 1 cup
Onions- 3 medium sized( sliced and fried brown)
Garam masala powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger cut into thin strips- 1 inch piece
Chopped Fresh mint leaves
ChoppedFresh coriander leaves
Milk or Malai 1/2 cup(optional)
Rose water or Kewara water- a few drops
Eggs boiled and cut into sliced- 4 pcs
Process or Method for preparation of Basmati rice boneless chicken biryani recipes:-
Cut chickens in one inch pieces. Boil rice(not so mashy) and set aside. Heat oil in a pan, add the whole masalas and sauté for half a minute.
Add sliced onions and sauté. Add green chillies and chickens and continue to sauté. Add turmeric powder and mix. Add tomatoes and salt and mix. Saute for few seconds. Add ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder and yogurt. Mix well till its come a boil. Then add half the fried brown onions. Add the boiled rice on top and Sprinkle garam masala powder, ginger strips, mint leaves and coriander leaves. Sprinkle milk, rose water and remaining browned onions.
Cover the lid for some time and cook on low heat for about 10 to 15 minutes. Garnish with egg slices and Chopped mint, coriander and serve hot.
