Ingredients for Paneer Vegetable Stuffed paratha Recipes
Whole wheat flour -2 cup
Refined flour (maida) -2 cup
Salt according to taste
chopped coriander leaves -2 tablespoon
Onion chopped -1 large
Cumin seeds -1/2 t-poon
Red chilli powder -1/2 t-poon
Grated Paneer -100 grams
Grated Cheese -100 grams
Ghee for shallow fry
Paneer Vegetable Stuffed paratha Recipes -Method
-Take a bowl mix wheat flour, maida & salt together and knead properly with water to form single dough. Divide into 10 equal individual & set one side.
-In another bowl mix paneer, onion, coriander, cumin seeds, cheese, red chilli powder & salt together, and set one side. Divide the mix into 10 equal individual.
-Stuff the mixture into the balls and roll it into five inch diameter disc. Heat a non-stick tawa. Put the parantha on the tawa and cook on both sides and fry it with ghee. Serve hot with mint and coriander chutney.
