Cashews- 2 tbsp(soaked in water before 1 hour)
Melon seeds-2-3 tbsp (soaked in water before 1 hour)
Red chilli powder-1tsp
Turmeric powder (haldi)-1/2tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Garam masala powder-1tsp
Whole garam masala
Kasuri methi (Dry Fenugreek leaves powder)-1tsp
Salt to taste
