Method:
First cut the paneer into thick and cube size and fry or a minute, and then keep it to a sideThen make a fine paste of tomatoes, ginger, green chilly cashews and melon seeds.Take a kadhai or wok put the butter or ghee add the whole garam masalas and fry it for sometimes until it gives the aroma. Then add the masala paste and fry it until the masala cooked properly,add the spices (red chilli powder,turmeric powder,corainder powder)fry it for 5 minutes.Then add water or milk ( if you adding milk then keep stiring it upto one boil) and add the fried paneers, cook it for 5 mins and lastly add the garam masala powder, salt, sugar and kasuri methi and mix it properly.
