How To Make Methi Aloo Paratha Or Fenugreek And Mashed Boiled Potatoes Flat Breads Recipes?

Ingredients : serving for 3 to 4 persons
- Whole wheat flour - 2cups
- Fresh Fenugreek Leaves (Methi leaves - 250gms.
- Boiled Potatoes - 2large (boiled and mashed)
- Garlics - 7/8 pods (Finely chopped)
- Green Chillis - 3/4 (Finely chopped)
- Onions - 1 big sized (Finely chopped)
- Sesame seeds (Til) or Onion seeds (kalaunji) - 2 tsp.
- Oil - As required
- Salt - As taste
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Water - As required
Method:- methi aloo paratha or fenugreek potatoes paratha
-Take a large bowl, mix whole wheat flour (atta), add salt, 2tbsp oil, onion seeds or sesame seeds, water as required and knead properly to form soft dough. Keep a side for 15-20mins.
-Wash fresh fenugreek leaves (Methi leaves) properly and chopped it(The fenugreek leaves bitter in taste, so to avoid bitterness boil or fry). Add boiled mashed potatoes, salt as taste, chopped garlic, green chillies and onions. Mix it properly.
-Take the dough and knead for 5mins, then divide it into 10 equal balls.
-Take a ball and stuff the fenugreek leaves mixture(methi leaves mixture) and sealed the dough properly, then press it slightly & rolled it like a chappati.
-Heat a non-stick tawa and put the paratha & fry properly both side with oil. Now Serve hot methi aloo paratha or fenugreek potatoes paratha with curd or pickle.
