- Paneer - 250 grams
- Green Peas - 350 grams
- Milk - 4 cups
- Oil - 3 tablespoon
- Lemon - 1
- Ginger - 1 inch pice
- Onions - 3 large size
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Salt according to taste
- Coriander leaves - 150 gm chopped
Method - How to make Matar Paneer Recipes or Green Peas Paneer Recipes
-Take 500 gram paneer and cut the paneer into cubes or strips.
-Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry all paneer cubes till light brown. Drain all fry paneer onto an oil absorbent paper. Wash and chop ginger and onion finely.
-Heat two tablespoons oil in a non stick pan and add finely chopped ginger and onions. stair and saute the mix til lightly brown. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and green peas and cook. Add little water till the green peas are little gravy and tender, then add deeply fried paneer in to the tender peas gravy mixture properly for 5min.
