- Tofu cut into small cubes - 250 grams
- Cannellini beans - 1 cup
- Fresh red chilli chopped - 1 & 1/2
- Refined oil - 1 tablespoon
- Coriander leaves fresh 100 gms
- Chopped onion 1 large
- Garlic cloves chopped - 4
- Chopped yellow capsicum 1 large
- Chopped Red capsicum - 1 large
- Cumin powder - 1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder - 2 tsp
- Tomato chopped - 1 cup
- Salt according to taste
Method - white beans chili and tofu vegetarian recipes
Take a non-stick pan and heat refined oil, add oninn, garlic, red capsicum, red chili, yellow capsicum, chopped coriander steams, cumin powder, cinnamon powder and paprika, mix all properly and saute for 10-15 minutes, add beans with little water and add chopped tomota and tofu with little water and add coriander leaves, salt according to taste and mix all properly, let the all mixture upto boil.- Garnish the white beans chili and tofu vegetarian recipes with coriander leaves and serve hot, with rice.
