Ingredients for Vegetable Paneer Poha Recipe
- Pressed rice (Poha ) - 2 & 1/2 cups
- Fresh Cottage Cheese - 1 cup
- Onions - 2 medium
- Oil - 1 table spoon
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- 2 Green Spring onions
- Curry leaves - 10-12
- Green chillies - 3
- Grated ginger - 1 tsp
- Tomatoes - 2 medium
- Salt to taste
Method - Vegetable Paneer Poha Recipe
-Take and place pressed rice (poha) in a colander & pour out water over to moisten. Leave it to dry for 10 minutes.
-Chop onion finely, then take a non-stick pan & heat oil in, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds to the pan and let them splutter, later add onions, curry leaves and saute for 2min.
- Finely chop green spring onions and add saute for 2min, then add roughly chop green chillies and grated ginger and mix properly.
- Add cottage cheese and mix well, then add salt and pressed rice(poha) and mix properly, then add chop tomatoes and mix well and cook for 3-5min.
