Main Ingredients For Creamy Thick Awadhi Dessert Recipe

Milk - 11/2 liter
Sugar - 175gram
Basmati Rice - 125gram
Almond Slivers - 1tbsp
Cardamom Powder - 1/2tsp

Method For Creamy Thick Awadhi Dessert Recipe

- Dip 175gram rice in water for 30-40min and grind the rice to a smooth paste.

-Take a heavy bottomed pan and add milk to it and then add rice paste and mix properly

-In low flame stir the mixture of milk and rice paste till the milk thickens, stir continuously.

-Then add sugar and mix properly and cook for 2-4mins.

-Then add cardamom powder to the milk rice mixture and mix properly and remove from fire.

- leave the mixture for cool and garnished with almond slivers and serve the Creamy Thick Awadhi Dessert.
